Design and Advisory > Site Characterisation & Assessment
Sirius provides site characterisation and assessment for clients across the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
Our in-house Geotechnical and Environmental team is made up of experienced, pragmatic, specialist and expert; Geologists, Geo-technicians, Civil Engineers, Chemical Engineers, Environmental Scientists, Risk and Hazard Assessors and Remediation Designers.
We help our clients understand the engineering and environmental conditions at their sites and to develop management plans to manage risks and access opportunities.
We utilise our local knowledge of environmental conditions with practical and innovative investigation techniques. We look at historical site use, environmental settings and the quality of materials that make up the site and the waters that are present below ground. We then make commercially viable recommendations to our clients based upon data collected and interpreted during site investigations.
Managing risk is where we apply our expertise most effectively, which is confirmed by the exceptional client feedback we receive.
Our integration with Sirius’ contracting services provides us with real added value for clients as we deliver design and build solutions to projects.
The contexts in which our teams apply their expertise cover:-
- Brownfield and Greenfield Development,
