MAJOR PROJECT COMMENCES

Sirius started work today on a major new residential development for our client Gleeson Homes and Regeneration. The 18 month Design and Build Land Remediation project is on the site of the former Croda Chemicals Works in Kilnhurst, South Yorkshire and will ultimately deliver nearly 400 housing units. The contract is the result of over 2 years of design and project development effort resulting in an innovative, cost efficient strategy and this multi-million pound award.
